"This place is unbelievable! Such an experience. It will definitely be memorable. The stones are so beautiful and modern. The views are stunning. They brought us a beautiful breakfast to our dome. The staff was amazing. Helping us with everything. They made a bonfire at night and helped us with it. They helped us with the outdoor jacuzzi. "I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. The staff were friendly and very accomodating, the property is beautiful, the beds are very comfy, the water pressure is amazing, the hot tub experience was divine, the views are spectacular, and the food was wonderful. "Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. My Goodness, the beds are soft and comfortable. Having split rooms with a group was great. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't say one bad thing about it. "

"The manager (female) of Casa Muru is so unfriendly and “Karen” like in nature that more than 5 of the neighboring restaurants, cafes, and stores warned me about her, and respectively expressed how difficult it was to communicate or cooperate with her."

"The location and property were good. Communications was poor. We had to wait long periods of time for an answer. Be aware that water doesn’t get to the showers or toilet during the day. They use a tank and the recommendation is to use the showers at night or until 8 am. Overall we were a little disappointed with the property. "

"The hotel is really nice, well located in the center of Ollantaytambo, and easy to walk to other places, including the train station. It was under renovations when we got there, so the restaurant wasn’t available, but they sent breakfast to our room, it was a little loud during the day. I would recommend it for your stay in the heart of the Sacred Valley, Ollantaytambo. "

"The best part of the whole stay was the host, Leonardo. He took care of our needs, gave us recommendations about restaurants, and even had us a breakfast bag at 4:20 am! He was an amazing host! The room was clean, but there was some light coming from the shared spaces. "

"We loved our stay at Andenes Del Inca! Walter was very helpful and welcoming. We were able to store our luggage there as we went to Machu Picchu. The property is quiet and clean, and in a convenient location to explore Ollantaytambo and the surrounding ruins. I would highly recommend staying here, especially for the price and for Walter’s hospitality!"
