"This is a family ran lodge with plenty of character. Rudy and Claudia are very helpful and attentive The dogs, cat, llama and little rabbit are super friendly as well. Perfect place to kick back and relax, it is a little tough to get in and out of there so plan accordingly. The place is a little rough on the edges, but that is the exact appeal. "You cannot get more central in terms of location. Right at the end of the street from the train station and only a couple of blocks from the main plaza and the key archeological sites. The balcony rooms overlook the river and the rooms are very spacious. The included breakfast makes for an easy start to your day. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Sol Ollantay."

"This place is an absolute gem. The room was huge for a solo traveler. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and breakfast every morning was simple but plentiful. Ingrid is an incredible host who was so helpful. Staying a bit off of the main square was great—a short (5 minute) walk to the plaza but far enough away from all the crowds. Cannot say enough about this place and can’t wait to return."
