I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED; THE FLOOR WAS NEVER SWEPT. THE CARPET WAS NEVER VACUMED. MY BEDDING WAS NEVER CHANGED. I HAVE STAYED AT MANY HOTELS AND THIS WAS THE WORST. I FOUND CONTACTS LENSENCE IN THE COFFEE MAKER AND TRIED TO CLEAN IT OUT AND I COULDNT WORK A MIRACLE.

Placard said my rm was cleaned by “Na jiira;” she did a poor job. Room had musty odor & I went out, bought Chlorox wipes, & set around the room to kill smell.
