"Wonderful hotel! Friendly front desk experience. Pool was great, but service was slow. They said they were in training, so it was all good. The room was a good size and quiet. The location couldn't be any better for the Golden 1 Center. Highly recommend."

"The bed was super hard. It was very noisy, there was a prom booked the same night and prom goers were blasting music through a speaker. Our room was right across from the front desk and the desk staff talked loudly all night with no consideration for the guests."
