"The hotel and the proximity to the airport is great. And it is convenient to walk from your hotel to the baggage drop off areas. However the Hilton needs to address the ground floor second floor no bellhop not luggage drop off situation. We got a parking ticket because we were simply trying to figure out where to go. Once we found the way in and were good, it was a great place, with great breakfast choices and it lived up to the Hilton name. But we were off to a bad start with no signage, and not to sound too snobby but no bellhop without having to go in to find one. I think you expect certian things from brands like Hilton and this one needs to be thought through a little better. "

"Front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgable. Gave us some great tips on what to see and where and what to eat for the real Frankfurt experience. Rooms and views were amazing. Short walk to Oldtown and dining options as well. 10/10 highly recommend for convenience, safety and quiet area. "
