"Our room was on the eighth floor and had a very large balcony overlooking the ocean and the adjoining property. It was clean, well stocked, and just beautiful. The staff was very friendly and quick to accommodate any requests. We ALWAYS love RIU!!"

"Loved staying in a Tradewinds room. Having the lounge and our own area at the beach was a plus. We will stay here again. Very walkable to the other area hotels. I do wish they had a little more entertainment at night. There is construction going on until Dec. It bothered other people, but the construction didn’t bother us. They sectioned off areas of the pool to work on the patio. But the rest of the pool area was open. We were mostly at the beach though. They also had an area of the hotel where the rooms were closed because they had scaffolding and were renovating. But again, even sitting outside on the balcony it didn’t bother us. Honestly, the Dj‘s music was louder than the construction. That didn’t bother us either."

"The coffee Barista was the best, addition The people were friendly the pool was clean and our favorite was ginger with Kerell, he was the best and the guys driving the shuttle going to Divi Were awesome."

"housekeeping staff did not provide enough towels each day and when asked for extra towels did not comply. Overall the complete staff was pleasant, smiling and courteous! I was in room #1202. Across the hall was an employee door that loudly slammed closed each time used; about 15 to 20 every morning from 5:45am till10:00am. It interrupted my sleep several times during the night especially in the morning. This was the only issue the resort was excellent on every other thing they offered and provided. "

"We had a large two bedroom room that was cleaned everyday. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Eagle looks just like the pictures. We will definitely stay at Eagle again. The only thing I would not do again is include breakfast in our stay . The breakfast menu is too small. Especially for non pork eating people."
