"Cute and simple bed and breakfast. To improve:
- Mattress quality was really mediocre, way too soft, same with the pillows. Difficult to sleep well after a day of skiing.
- The younger woman at the reception desk was unfriendly and made it difficult to use the steam bath saying it was full when it wasn't. "

"Room was continuously spotless, cleaning staff was amazing and friendly. The amenities are unbeatable for a ski holiday. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly located within the town. Close to the lifts, buses, etc. All staff were incredible, highly recommended to anyone visiting Zermatt. Cannot wait to return"
