"Hello, I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts about my recent stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and found the experience pleasant. However, I did encounter a bit of a challenge during the check-in process. When I arrived, there was only one person at the front desk assisting guests. At the same time, a group of women were checking in together and had quite a few questions for the staff member, which understandably took a bit longer to address. As a result, I ended up waiting in line for about twenty minutes, even though it was just four women checking into the same room ahead of me. This was the only aspect of my stay that I found less than ideal, and I wanted to mention it in case there might be ways to streamline the check-in process for future guests. "One of the worst experiences i have had in a 5 star hotel. The staff was completely unhelpfull. Everything we asked for was refused. The only perk we received we had to negotiate for hours to convert a no into yes. Me and my girlfriend are both gold with bonvoy and we received none of our perks. Not yo mention that we had the whole afternoon drilling machines making tremendous amount or noise and the hotel was not even apologetic about it. We heard it will not be going on tonight, which feels like a very unhelpful comment for a st regis hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."
