Very nice and comfortable bedding stuff. I wish that they have some rooms with 2 regular size beds instead of one king size bed. They have a very good room for children activities on the 5th floor. Not enough a toilet papers in the rooms. Absolutely ridiculous situation in the breakfast times. Some rooms are posted online with unclear information about including breakfast or "just available"... My grandson didn't finish eating one cookie and wanted to take it with him to eat later. The stuff requested to pay penalty "for stealing" it 400 b. Also, on the rooftop they have a pool that is absolutely useless because zero shade, umbrellas and towels. The beach is in the 3-5 minutes walking distance. Although it has a lot of trash next to the road, water is great and clean, the sand is very pleasant. Enjoy your stay, just pay attention during reservation.

There is a lot of construction going on. The pictures showing roof-top pool or pool with swim-up bar, do not exist yet. All being built. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. We had the room with pool access which was nice, but it was the only pool on site, so not the privacy as expected.

Our stay in Phuket couldn’t have ended on a better note! This was truly one of our best experiences. The staff were exceptional—especially Marina, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready earlier and even helped us get the best room available. The complimentary shuttle service was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The property itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was outstanding. The sea was absolutely stunning, with some bigger waves that were so much fun to watch, along with a few surfers adding to the lively vibe. Overall, we had an incredible time and would gladly return in the future!

Everything is great except right now there is construction going on on the pool side of the hotel and the trash on the beach is really bad sometimes. The Thai people, the locals, and the boat and ship captains at sea need to do something about this trash problem. It is bad for everyone. Otherwise a very nice hotel w a great staff

Disappointing standards

Disappointing hotel - the location to the beach is good but the staff quite unhelpful (and I don't ask for a lot from a hotel) Asked to help us book a taxi to the airport and the reception tried to charge 800thb (double what the taxi actually cost when we took one from the airport) when I questioned it was told it was the hotel rate , they wouldn't take card and then finally accepted 650thb as that's what we had - just felt like the price was made up and the staff were taking advantage. Room itself felt quite cheaply put together and my balcony door didn't even lock Finally on check out they make you sit around for 10 minutes while someone checks your room ...
