"One of the most luxurious and affordable places i have ever been in. The hotel leaves you not wanting to leave it because it has everything from food and activities and beach right near it and massage parlour and facials and hairdressers and even when stung in the ocean there is a doctor. A BIG THANK YOU TO MAHMOUD AND SALAH FROM RECEPTION. THE BEST PEOPLE YOU CAN EVER DEAL WITH AND THE FUNNIEST AND TO MUSTAFA OUR DRIVER WE LOOOOOVE YOU"

"Our stay at Tawila Island Resort was absolutely incredible. The island is beautiful, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was the outstanding staff. Every person we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Anwar (Driver) – Always punctual, friendly, and professional. Every transfer was smooth, and he made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Ahmed Azap (Driver) – Another fantastic driver who was always courteous and made every ride comfortable and stress-free. Akmed (Server) – Attentive, personable, and always one step ahead. He made every meal an enjoyable experience. Ramadan (Server) – Genuinely kind with a great attitude. His excellent service and attention to detail never went unnoticed. Tarek (Front Desk) – Friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. When we realized we had forgotten sunscreen, Tarek went out of his way to help us track some down instead of simply pointing us in the right direction. Mohammad (Manager) – Mohammad leads by example. He personally helped make sure we got sunscreen when we needed it, and his commitment to guest satisfaction was reflected throughout the entire resort. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and we were consistently impressed by the quality and presentation of every meal. If we had one suggestion, it would simply be to expand the menu a bit to offer more variety for guests staying several days."

"I enjoyed the shaded pool areas, numerous beach chairs and floating devices. Also the ice Spanish latte by the pool tasted amazing . My room was cleaned perfect and the staff was extremely helpful and kind from baggage carriers, dinning and excursion trip guides. One thing that could add excellence would be an iron in the room . Other than that I had a marvelous time"

"We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that cleanliness is taken seriously. Staff were constantly cleaning and maintaining communal areas throughout the day, which made the whole resort feel very well cared for. The staff were generally very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Some areas are a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. The gym, for example, feels quite old compared to other facilities on site. The food was perfectly fine, with plenty of choice available. As a family, however, we weren’t particularly excited by the main buffet. One slight disappointment was that much of the food seemed aimed at international tastes rather than offering more local Egyptian cuisine. When travelling abroad, we personally enjoy experiencing the local food culture, so it would have been nice to see more authentic Egyptian dishes available. There are also two à la carte restaurants that guests can book once as part of the all-inclusive package, with additional visits available at an extra cost. The beach bar is a nice alternative to the main buffet, particularly because some of the food is cooked fresh to order, including items such as burgers, pizza, chicken shish, and kofta. One tip for future guests: it’s worth comparing excursion prices before booking. The Old Market is directly opposite the hotel, and we found that some of the same excursions were available locally for significantly less"

"The staff are super nice specially leisa the guest relation she was very helpful , mr Ahmad too was so helpful , but one comment the WiFi is really bad and the electric car service is bad , other things were great Thank you so much"

"Beautiful big clean rooms with amazing pool view. Room 1122 perfect location. So many lovely bars and restaurant with good quality food and drinks above your usual all inclusive. Loved them all other than found mo’s to be a bit limited for choice compared to the choice and quality in the others. Lovely beach. Nice reef although as shallow a little murky at times. But can still see loads of amazing fish. Amazing waterpark for the kids. Friendly helpful staff in reception bar and Ahmed by the pool. A stones throw from farsha can see it a few doors up from the bar in the hotel overlooking the beach and a short 10 mins walk to it. Stunning looking hotel would recommend."
