"Stayed here for 6 nights, overall the hotel is good. The food was a little bit repetitive but thats the experience i have with most all inclusives. Should be more choice of drinks at the pool bar. Staff were absolutely amazing and cant do enough for you. A special thankyou to my cleaner George, who was always there if i had any issues. If you stay at this hotel, please consider tipping the staff. What is a small amount to you may make a huge difference for them "

"This place was the worst part of my egypt trip, i originally booked two nights there but ended up leaving to another hotel after one day. The hotel staff was horrible, its like all of the workers there hate their job and show it. While i was there, i almost saw a brawl between two staff members, the reception desk takes for ever to give you any soft of assistance, and once they get to you they do it with an attitude like they are doing you a favor. The electricity in the room kept going off so i had to ask for help to get it back on constantly. The breakfast was horrific. You couldn't pay me to stay at a place like this again. "

"Room is clean. Staff are friendly overall and eager to help. Food was good but not many options. Beach is great. Only complaint is Omar from the animation team. He was very rude and disrespectful in his communication and was inappropriately “joking” with me even after showing my dissatisfaction with his manner multiple times. "

"When we arrived from Cairo to Sharm El Sheikh, it was almost 9pm. The receptionist was super rude. The restaurant was almost closing. So we went to dinner. The restaurant staff were very kind. The Chef sent us a special plate of fish as all the protein dishes were already over. I paid an extra $35/- US, for a late check out as I was climbing Mt. Sinai that night. I wanted to sleep and I informed the staff that I will sleep and check out by 6pm. I had the do not disturb board on. Yet they banged on the door at 5pm disturbing me completely. The Housekeeping staff were sooo sooo loud as they started cleaning the next room that I had to get up again and tell them to keep it low. The loud music all throughout the day was exhausting. Earlier in the day, I paid for a high end body massage.. which was an absolute shame. The women just applied some oil on the body and then went and sat. She said I had to rest as I may feel dizzy when I get off the bed, cutting short the massage time. Then at 5.45 I had the housekeeping and bell staff come and knock at the door, rushing me to get out immediately. I was just finishing my packing when the staff called on the receptionist and the fellow who was there at the time I checked in, came into my room and was virtually standing inside the room space watching me pack and trying to implicate ‘get out at once’ I expressed my deep disappointment and said that I will definitely write a review on his conduct. A very bad hotel with zero courtesy. "

"We had no room in the hotel when we arrived. They transferred us to a different hotel which was really bad. Rooms smelling bad not cleaned at all. Cockroaches in bathroom, dirty linen a nightmare. "

"Nice stuff, location is quiet but you need a car or to walk for 10 min to the nearest shop. Room cleanness needs to be enhanced. The garden water spray is noisy at night and you can hear the next room tv and guests "
