"Central location, room was modern for the area. Breakfast was just ok with about 150m walk to a sister hotel. As no cars can access street a tricky 50m walk with luggage can be a challenge to the hotel as in a busy street. "

"Fantastic stay here, service, amenities and location all excellent. Major construction work around the hotel but did not experience any disruption. Had a slight issue with the first room we checked in to but was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Patrick was extremely helpful throughout our stay and would like to thank him and his colleagues for making our stay very pleasant."

"Amazing hotel and the best in Hanoi ! This hotel is so luxurious and special in every way! The rooms are lavish with the most comfortable beds and are beautifully decorated with lovely bathrooms and amenities including silk robes and slippers. Whatever you need a staff member is on it so quickly and everyone is so accommodating and caring. A special thank you to butler Celine and concierge Yen who were just incredible! There is 24 hour butler service and a special lounge for tea and treats anytime if you book specific room options. Also there is a delicious breakfast. The hotel is well located and close to sites, restaurants and shops. It was truly an exceptional experience to stay here and my thanks again to everyone who made my stay so memorable! "

"While it was indeed located near the airport, our room had an awful smell with dented furniture, moldy bathroom tiles, and a hard mattress. Luckily we came in late and left early for our flight, but this property should be avoided. "
