"Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. "We stayed in the corner triple room for 2 nights. The room is large and clean. The condition is excellent! I like the tatami style flooring. The bathroom, toilet and sink are in separate location. So I didn't run into my family members. We had good sleep at night. The location is central with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended."
