"Lovely room, good sleep and good amenities "

"This is our go to hotel in Rye now and as usual we had a lovely stay. What stands out is the staff here. The guy on reception is always so friendly and welcoming and the guy at breakfast was really helpful, I wish I knew their names. Our room was decorated really nice, a very comfortable bed and lots of teas and coffee to choose from. We will be back thank you! "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my partner and our dog. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. As I am recovering from knee surgery, she kindly offered us a downstairs room with easier access, which made a huge difference to my comfort. She truly went the extra mile and was exceptionally kind, professional, and caring. The hotel is very dog-friendly, and we felt genuinely looked after throughout our stay. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay again."

"Was good to upgrade the room for a beach side-on very. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was included and was very filling. We ate in the restuarant the first night and had great food. Would recommend the steak! Staff were very friendly. Also used the outdoor and indoor pools. They were nicely appointed and the outdoor pool was larger enough to feel that you were getting some excercise done, not just messing about in the water. Being on the sea front with the beach nearby and also the town and theatres with in easy walk meant the hotel was in a good location."
