"Service was slow in restaurant on Sunday am. Bathroom not fully clean (hairs noticed from previous guests). Room in good shape. Noisy outside as put me in room right outside elevator!?! Why? "

"The hotel staff was amazing. Super helpful and friendly, and the courtesy van drivers around Omaha to help us enjoy the city were top notch. To call this a waterpark though is a huge stretch. While the pool was useful, having one slide to go down does not a waterpark make. One simple suggestion for the pool area, is to have/create cubbies for families to put their shoes/towels/extra's into while using the pool. This simple act would open up more chairs for guests watching their kids, but not being in the water, to have a place to sit. Also, enforcement of the age restrictions to the hot tub would be nice. I couldn't believe the amount of <5 year old's being held in the hot tub, which was definitely on the hot side. All in all, your kids will have a great time, and the staff will ensure you do too."

"This was our second stay at the Magnolia. The people who greeted us were warm and efficient. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The linens were great and a very comfy bed!!! The hotel is super dog friendly. We love it "

"Valet parking staff are always available to assist. There are some public parking spaces available nearby, but I'm not sure about the safety. There is no breakfast included. "

"First night we can’t sleep, was unsafe. Guest was slamming other guests’ doors, Walking and running back and forth in the hall and slamming their room door every 45 minutes and yelling. We called to the front desk more than 3 times and Daniel or security wasn’t able to stop this disruptive behavior. We asked for refund of one night but they said expidia has to do it."

"This hotel had a good location. It was relatively close to the airport, and the little millwork area has some good restaurants. Probably a 10 minute walk to Creighton University.I was generally underwhelmed by this property primarily due to the employees. Every question I asked, the primary or initial response was no. One of the reasons I picked the property was because of the airport shuttle. Be mindful that it runs from the hotel every half hour, it doesn’t just come to get you. So we called for the shuttle at 2:05PM. The shuttle wasn’t going to leave intill 230 and it wouldn’t get to us until 245. SO WE JUST TOOK A $12 UBER FROM THE AIRPORT. This is not convenient. If I had that expectation initially, it would’ve been fine but that is not what the hotel said. When I called days before my arrival they said just call and we will come get you! Other than that, it is like a mid range hotel that’s on the newer side that DOES NOT include a free breakfast."

"Travel with 4 kids, pool definitely needs cleaning, elevator ride reeked like weed. Front desk lady was nice. Over all it was OK for 1 night. "

"Breakfast was not included it cost extra. Parking was 25$ and homeless people were sleeping in it. There were 2 gentleman at the desk when we checked in at 330ish, one must have been training the other, one lady ahead of us and slow service. Not to mention he was unkempt."
