"I was worried about access to the apartment, based on the reviews I saw, but this went very smoothly. I was provided with clear instructions the day before I checked in. The apartment was clean and well presented. I was there for 9 nights, so 1 small bar of soap, 1 small bottle of shampoo and 1 tablet for the dishwasher were not enough. My biggest complaint was the noise. The apartment was at the front of the complex adjacent to Haven Avenue with the 101 freeway beyond and the traffic noise kept...

"My son and I stayed here because it was close to Northeastern University. I didn’t know what to expect. I will stay here anytime I plan a visit back. They were so kind to get us in an hour early when I called very last minute. The place is beautiful, spotless and roomy. I felt safe also. Even walked to dinner just a couple blocks away. My son had forgotten his toothbrush, but no worries, they had a tooth pack in the bathroom for him to use. They also provided soaps, mouthwash, lotion and plenty...

"Place was very well kept. Very clean. Only thing I would suggest is providing more towels if someone is staying a week. And also checking the toilet paper. The spare one is kept under the bathroom sink and it looked like some how it got wet and started getting moldy. "
