"I will say, the only reason I am not giving this a better rating is because nowhere on the website or when we made the reservation were we told that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, and the key amenities we were looking for (namely the swimming pool for our kids, and the hot fresh breakfasts) were not going to be available. I don't care how friendly the staff is, or how nice the rooms, when this level of restriction is not publicized prior to booking, it is an extremely poor look (and feel) for me."

"Room exceptionally clean & comfortable. Excellent breakfast & coffee. All staff we encountered were friendly & engaging. We were able to check in early. Plenty of parking. Excellent value for the price. Easy access to historic downtown area as well as the airport. We would book this hotel again."

"The hotel was good, breakfast was good, checkout was good, the front desk check in was not. The check in clerk had a bad attitude was disrespectful, impatient, charged an extra $100 on my visa at check in and acted frustrated having to explain the overcharge. At 4:30pm she told me she had given our reserved room away and it went south from there. Everything about the hotel was good except for the front desk check in. Oh and the WiFi was a lame, having to rejoin frequently and forced to watch the same ad video."

"Breakfast was excellent, room was very nice, staff very friendly, hot tub little gross looking with nasty band-aid floating but overall very satisfied and I would definitely stay there again. I would rate it 4.75 out of 5. Band-aid was from an irresponsible guest. "
