Room was clean. Sheets were threadbare. Beds did not have a proper mattress protector. I opened the dishwasher and the entire thing tipped over as it was not properly screwed in. Some things were updated like the floors but bathroom was dark and dingy. All together it was ok but not sure I’d stay here again.

Staff were pleasant, breakfast decent. Nice furniture in and layout for the rooms, but our two were a bit on the shabby side: cracked tiles in the bathroom, running toilet, missing stopper in bathroom sink. Floors felt a bit sandy to stocking feet. No hand soap because they “ran out.” Sign in the kitchen area: “Dishes in the dishwasher are clean.” Really?? I have to put away a full load of someone else’s dishes if I want to use the dishwasher?? Shouldn’t that be done as part of the room turnover? Manager readily accepted and made note of our comments, said he would alert maintenance right away.
