I was a bit worried about the hotel as I had booked 5 nights over 5 weeks without seeing it apart from the internet for the cricket but was pleasantly surprised. It's a pity that the reception could not have been at the front door but not feasable due to age of the building. Would definatly recommend"

"Our room wasn’t suitable as we had a noisy family in the room above , I spoke to Abby the supervisor, Abby she was really understanding and changed us to another room and even upgraded us to a bigger room for our inconvenience. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself. When I arrived I was a bit anxious and overwhelmed with sensory things and I was bombarded with so much info all at once. When I explained to the receptionist I had ADHD and struggles with information all at once and she still continued being really fast. So I panicked quite a bit about where to go and what to do. It would be nice to have someone actually show me what to do rather than tell me. "
