"Solid breakfast if you are doing made to order omelette. Otherwise, it's your standard ho-hum continental breakfast. We booked a premium suite. Air/temperature problems throughout the stay. Very hot when we arrived. Air to 68 didn't move the temp. Called the front desk. They sent an engineer while we were out. They said he fixed it. We came back and room was same temp. Air still on 68. I called again and they sent the engineer up. He explained they couldn't fix it. He brought a fan. The fan didn't help much. Temperature went down to freezing outside - but room was still humid and hit. The view was great, but the temperature in the room was very disappointing. We won't be back. "

"My room was clean but the mini-fridge didn't work and I had purchased items that needed refrigeration. It wasn't able to be repaired so they moved me to a room on a higher floor with excellent views. It was a 3 night stay. On day 2 I was in an all-day meeting and came back expecting to find my room refreshed. It was not. Housekeeping did come later to make the beds and refresh the towels. Day 3 it was cleaned and refreshed. I needed to iron some slacks, but the retractable cord in the iron would not stay un-retracked. Other than that, the staff was very friendly. I will say that at other Hilton hotels I am used to getting cookies and free water. No cookies. Free water ONLY if you are a Hilton Honors member. "

"This property was terrible it didn’t have a microwave, nor refrigerator in the rooms , no Ice machine, the picture that is on the internet is not the same as what you come to stay in the elevator super slow only two elevators were working, the customer service was terrible I called several time to see if I could check in after my time the would not answer the phone I called about 20 times. You had to beg for toilet paper. The worst I’ve ever stay in"

"I was initially concerned that communications were done only via text message and online, however I was very satisfied by the speediness of the replies, and willingness to help. There was an issue with my unit that required a room change, and it was all done efficiently and pleasantly. I will def consider Dorsen Stay for my future travle plans. This was great. "
