"Average place all round."

"The hotel is nice location, however the room and most areas are looking quite quite tired, very squeaky floor in the room (100). I was worried moving around too much that it would disturb other guests."

"The hotel was ideally located for visiting a relative in the nearby hospital. The ground floor room was large, with a large comfortable bed, kitchenette and bathroom. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge, hotplate and microwave. I enjoyed swimming pool and steam room and there was also a sauna and spa facilities. There was a garden and an outdoor seating area. As we were only staying over between hospital visits, we did not use the restaurant."

"Great staff and amazinglocation. Hotel itself a little dated and tired in places. Disappointed that there was no fridge or safe in the room."

"Our room was very clean and nice . It was on the first floor above the lobby /toilets which has piped music from 7.30am until late into the evening which could be heard all day in our room. It was also positioned in the alley side of the building next to the pub which is also noisy . So maybe not the hotel to stay in if you’re hoping for a quiet get away . "

"A very good location, opposite the King's Lynn Minster, at the end of the High Street, and close to the riverside. The suite was very large and well equipped. Clean and comfortable."

"Excellent check in with staff quick and easy. Very nice and clean pod with parking next to it . Only issue is would be nice to.have basic essentials e.g Tea Coffee bedding for sofa bed and handsoap apart from that would highly recommend. "
