"We have stayed at The Shalimar Hotel, every year for last at least 30 years now, as it was good for all the amenities and staff were very friendly and looked after us very well! This time, there were too many issues, which I have submitted to the hotel on their feedback firm and I was very verbal too with complaints. Not staying on our return to Mumbai, which we had booked with Expedia, and cancelled it today. "

"A little Oasis in the centre of town. Small. Budget. Location excellent for access to the Harbour and the Western lines if you're on foot. The intersection outside doubles as a taxi rank if you're not. Inside is clean, well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. (I think there are more of them than rooms). Would happily stay here again."

"Astoria hotel was a haven of calm in the busy Area of Churchgate. We couldn’t fault the service, breakfast was great and the hotel provided a good base to explore South Mumbai. "

"The rooms and showers were very clean and free of bugs and mosquitos. The staff very friendly courtesy.
The pillows should be washed or changed before they turn black!!! "

"This really is not a three-star hotel. We stayed here many years ago, and it was good. One elevator was broken and repairs brought dirt and dust all over the place. "

"The management, staff at the front desk as well as the cleaning staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable; I would recommend this property because of this anytime."

"I would recommend for couples or solo travel.
Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer.
Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally.
Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people.
There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street.

"Amazing stay! Hands down the best hotel in the world. The staff will go above and beyond for you. Amazing food and drinks. Multiple options to try from and each better than the last"
"It was my first time at Trident Nariman Point and i cannot express how much ive enjoyed my stay. Every single staff member made our stay comfortable and memorable. From the person who checked us in, helped us get upgraded to a room with a nicer view as no other king room was available, to Akaash at the bell desk person, who came running to get my luggage as I left the hotel and stood with me till my uber came., to all the restaurants where we dined late in the night due to our usa work schedule, all with a smile, taking great care of us, to the pool staff, gym staff and everyone I interacted with them. Trident even helped replace the chair in my room with an office chair to help me work. I give you a 10/10 and will 100% return. "
