Staff were welcoming, rooms had all the necessary amenities one would need during their stay for comfort and the highlight for me was their extensive breakfast buffet range in a cosy table setting. I would highly recommend The Hotel for anyone wishing to enjoy their time here in Brussels."

"On arrival I was upgraded which was amazing. All the hotel staff were pleasant, friendly and interactive with you. The room was lovely, huge bathroom with a bath and a shower. The breakfast was more than adequate and included, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, sliced fried potatoes, sauces. Fresh fruit juices, yogurt with numerous toppings. Bread selection, smoked salmon, ham, turkey, cheeses, spread cheese, fresh cottage cheese, salad selections, olives etc, fresh fruit, and an amazing coffee machine, oh and pastries. Plus the biggest selection of jams, marmalade, honey, nut spreads etc. Had a very enjoyable stay. We were central in the city and a fair walk to the Grand Place but I would recommend this hotel. Very close to bus links, tram links and the Metro."

"The location is great, it's very close to a Metro. It is just walking distance from everything and the Park across the steet was lovely. The room was nice, clean and spacious, the tub was a bit uncomfortable for me to have a shower in due to its narrow shape but the bathroom was also spacious. The breakfast was okay the spread was nice. What could have been better is the bed, it's very noisy. I would recommend and also revisit. "

"I was amazed at how large the room was and had a balcony as well. Almost everything was perfect. The very few things that could be improved were: heated towel rack wasn't working, tile on balcony tipped as was very loose (a bit dangerous), not a fan of the blankets inside duvet covers and would rather have feather duvets, a few more outlets near the bed would be nice, and wifi in lobby was poor. The staff should be aware of the poor lobby wifi as I wasted about 1.5 hrs. thinking it was something wrong with my laptop as my phone connected fine. Once I got to my room, all was well with the wifi."
