Great stay

Enjoyed our stay. Good selection at breakfast. Roof top bar very good with very good views. Room was fine. Odd having glass doors and surrounds on the bathroom.

The staff was super nice, the rooms / bathrooms are modern and clean. You can easily walk from the north train station as well as to the old city. Rooftop terrace is a must at sunset!

had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The overall experience was truly enjoyable, and I must say — the breakfast was absolutely the best I’ve ever had in a 4-star hotel! A wonderful variety and great quality that really stood out. The hotel is located near the North Station, which is convenient for travel, though personally, I would opt for public transport or a taxi rather than walking from there. The city centre is about a 15-20 minute walk away, which is quite manageable, and there’s also a bus stop nearby that makes getting around even easier.

The breakfast was abundant and offered a wide variety of choices—very satisfying. The staff were warm, friendly, and highly professional. The location is excellent, just a short distance from Brussels-North Station, making it very convenient to travel to Dinant, Ghent, or Bruges. A perfect base for exploring Belgium.

Nice hotel

Our stay here was very good. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom as it had glass walls. Parts were frosted but not enough. The location was within walking distance of transit, Grand Place and Royal Place. There was ample underground parking across the street. Just make sure you register your vehicle to enter the low emission zone.

It's a new property with a lot of potential, but they have to work out some startup problems. In our case, we went through multiple rooms with broken shower faucets. Very solvable, but clearly still a problem. The elevators had problems too. We had a good start otherwise. Nothing will fix the dodgy neighborhood, but you may not care about that. Breakfast was great.

The breakfast is the best. The selection well thought of in terms of variety and quality. I love the banana bread. The ginger and lemon shots were a bonus. Very good transport links- there is a tram and bus stop in front of the hotel. Train station 3 minutes away. The room very spacious

Can be unsafe in some streets not far from the hotel so stick to main routes. Paid for breakfast and was ensured due to early check out they would arrange something to take away. I even mentioned again to staff about an early check out and arrangements for some breakfast to take with us and still when it came to checkout nothing was given Disappointing after mentioning number of times and after paying for breakfast.

The staff made our stay very pleasant and comfortable as they were very friendly and helpful. Love their daily breakfast offerings. Location was perfect for my family and we walked to the city center almost daily. I would just like to suggest an exhaust fan in the bathroom so as not to make the room so stuffy after each use. We stayed in a 1BR suite, and for some reason, the power turned off on all the rooms when we switched off the lights from the bedroom. This meant our son cannot use any power (lights, tv, outlet) from the separate room, without turning back on the master light. Other than that, everything was perfect!
