"Staff was amazing"

"​I really wanted to like this hotel, especially since the rooms are nicely designed and the key-free entry made the check-in process incredibly easy. Unfortunately, the aesthetic appeal couldn't make up for the serious lack of basic service, cleanliness, and privacy. ​Our experience was marred by several issues: ​Cleanliness & Pests: We found dirt on our bedsheets upon arrival, and housekeeping was non-existent during our stay—trash sat in our room for four days. Most concerningly, we saw cockroaches in the hallway, so definitely keep your door closed. ​Privacy & Noise: The walls are paper-thin. We could clearly hear conversations and noise from the people in the next room, which made it very difficult to relax. ​Amenities: The coffee machine in our room was broken, and there were no extra towels available. ​Lack of Facilities: There is no restaurant, bar, or room service on the premises. Since the hotel is isolated from entertainment and dining, you should plan on driving just to get a cup of coffee. ​Breakfast & Beach: The breakfast was below mediocre. Additionally, if you plan on heading to the beach, there isn't nearly enough seating to accommodate the guests. ​Overall, this property is way overpriced for the level of service provided. While it looks great on the surface, the lack of basic maintenance and quiet makes it hard to recommend."

"Location was nice but the electrical outlets did not work. The hotel service team put a core from one side of the room to the other side just for the TV. I was not able to charge my phone or make coffee in the morning. "

"The room could have used a little bitter cleaning underneath the edge of the stink. Overall very old property. Breakfast is very basic. If it wasn't for the staff being so good probably would have went somewhere else. "
