"Clean room, front desk staff very nice, grounds are beautiful. Pool is nice but hot tub was always full and small. Heard a lot about the timeshare lady and yes I could see where that could be an issue for people but I believe they have adjusted now and have a very nice lady making the first contact to try and schedule you a timeshare appointment. They offered some vouchers and money but we just refused, took about 15 minutes and they gave us our wristbands which you honestly don’t need anyway. Just stick to your no initially and you will be fine. The place is really nice. "

"Clean room all staff was friendly and had a welcoming smile. The food was not the greatest I found myself having to go out every morning to find a decent breakfast and dinner. "

"Beautiful view right next to the water. We even saw dolpins in the distance. Loved being in Kapa'a and close to walking to other places to grab food from. Being able to borrow bikes to ride on the bike path was awesome as well. The hotel had a great homey vibe to it that I loved. Everyone working there was super nice and down to earth too. I really enjoyed my time here. As long as you're not looking for a super fancy place to stay, I think this is an awesome place to stay for a good trip in Kauai. The pool is awesome as well. I truly enjoyed my time here and would stay here again in the future. Even better in person in my opinion. "

"We had a great time during our stay at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach. The property and amenities were all great. Loved the location right on the beach, along the Kapaa boardwalk with walkable access to nearby restaurants and shopping. The location was perfect for traveling easily to activities and sight seeing in both the North and Southern parts of the island."
