"What a amazing and unique property, with the most beautiful rooms in such a magical setting. We went there to celebrate my Birthday and received some delicious chocolate amenities. The staff were all totally outstanding and also so kind. We went there to celebrate my B'day, but I was unwell upon arrival and during our stay there, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They gave us both an early check-in and a late-check-out to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough if you want a unique experience with the highest level of service. Thank you for all you kindness !!! "

"The room was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and super cute. The way it was decorated made it look more like your home than a hotel, so it was warm and inviting. The location is on a very quiet road so it was peaceful during the day and night. And the views both from the front and out the back were beautiful. The owner vas very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. He even held our luggage for us after check out while we went on our snowmobile tour and then picked us up and dropped us off at the airport (for a fee, but it was well worth it!) Loved our stay and would definitely recommend staying here!"

"An unforgettable experience. We arrived more than two hours earlier than the scheduled checkin time, and was pleasantly surprised to find our room ready. The reception staff were very friendly and asked us if we needed help to carry our luggage to the room. We stayed in a premium igloo room. We found the room to be immaculately clean amidst incredibly beautiful surroundings. The heated floor and the constantly maintained temperature of 22 degrees C kept us comfortable throughout, while the outside temperature hovered between -16 deg C to -20 deg C. We had booked dinner while checking in, and were pleasantly surprised to be told that the main course was complimentary. Dinner was great with reasonably good choice of starters, mains, drinks and desserts. We tried some of the available Lappish delicacies. The cherry on top was the Northern Lights - we did not need to book any Northern Lights hunting tour. We witnessed this marvel of nature from the hotel itself - both out in the open and from within the warm igloo itself. Overall, a superb stay. Highly recommended! "

"This hotel was so nice and spacious. I stayed here for one night when I first arrived in Rovaniemi. It was the first time in Finland and I was traveling alone and I didn’t know what to expect when I booked this hotel, but I loved my stay and the area. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was great. Hotel has parking underground so I didn’t have to worry about parking the car rental outside somewhere. Highly recommend this place. "

"The room was good, staff are excellent. Only thing is that we didn't know that breakfast was include so miss out..The hotel is only about 10 minutes walk to town, where there is shops and restaurants and bus stop. Excellent location, will diffinately stay again."

"Outstanding accommodation with excellent facilities. The entire flat was spotless, specious and the host Tahir and his family was really helpful. We used Tahir’s transport service and it was one the best experience we had. He was always on time, very accommodating and just needed to give him 15 minutes notice in advance whenever we needed his taxi. Tahir also helped us with local information, booking for activities. He is super helpful. We had our best holiday experience as Tahir made us feel like home, we are super grateful to him. If we plan to go to Lapland again in future, we will SURELY stay in his accommodation as it was overall a five star experience. "
