A fantastic hotel located well. Staff were really helpful and happy. The room was amazing, we had the room with a sauna and used it every day. Breakfast was bountiful and tasty. We had dinner at the hotel the first night too and it was really nice.

Excellent hotel in a prime location, just a few steps from the main pedestrian street. The interior is charming, warm, and very comfortable, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly, always ready to help. A wonderful hotel in a wonderfully central location right in the middle of town. The hotel was stylish and well maintained and the room was very comfortable and of a good size and had everything we needed in it. The staff at the reception were all outstanding and super helpful. The blonde lady who checked us in was especially kind and helpful and gave us an early check-in,, which was much appreciated as we were totally exhausted after taking a very early flight. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, with a good section of dishes of the highest quality. The hotel is definitely highly recommended.

One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had while travelling- and we have stayed in castles! The staff were attentive, helpful, and ensured we were comfortable and safe. The breakfast is better than any buffet we have ever experienced. Could not get enough of the pastries and incredible spread/offerings. We looked forward to it each morning! It's in a perfect location to shop, sightsee, and schedule tours and expeditions. Could not reccommend more!!!!
