"It was perfect for us for an extended stay but it may not be suitable for other people as there is no pool and you must carry your own luggage through a flight of stairs . Beach is only a few minutes away so location wise it worked well as there is a safe underground passage way to cross the busy national road safely. The bed was comfortable and the view was great. "Niko is a nice spacious hotel with a few quirks that give it character. There are two pools one on the 9th floor which is knee deep and one on the 5th which is sufficiently deep for swimmers. The views from both pools are excellent and each has their oen bars. Sun beds on the 5th floor are for the early birds to "nab" but as the day progresses availability increases. We did not find any problem getting sun longers on the 9th. The hotel.also has a pontoon into the sea for sea swimmers and there is a small sandy beach which we did not use. The room lighting can be challenging so make sure you are fully briefed, we found it amusing but i see there are some complaints. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
