"This boutique hotel is an absolute gem. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by a warm, inviting ambiance—the property even smells divine—and remarkably friendly, attentive staff. The entire hotel is gorgeous, pristine, and wonderfully comfortable. Its location couldn't be better: nestled right near the Cathedral, incredible shopping, great local restaurants, and rich historical sites. Having an art museum integrated into the hotel was such a unique and memorable bonus! Dining was equally impressive, with delicious traditional options that hit every spot. To top it all off, the on-site spa provided an exceptional massage that left me thoroughly relaxed. Every detail of this stay was flawless, and I cannot wait to return."

"Food was mediocre at best with limited varieties for the inclusive meal. The servers need better training. They mostly conjugated together in plain view of diners. When we needed assistance we had to get their attention by waving at them. Crazy because the restaurant was never full."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at Hotel Alo Guadalajara. The location is fantastic and made it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I also enjoyed the rooftop, which has beautiful views along with a great restaurant and bar. The Wi-Fi was fast and dependable, the Smart TV was a nice bonus, and everything worked as expected. I highly recommend Hotel Alo Guadalajara to anyone visiting the city. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent location for our first visit to beautiful Guadalajara! We didn't realize the FIFA Fan Fest was taking place right outside our balcony, so we got to experience the excitement and celebrations throughout the day. It was a fun surprise. Walking around downtown felt very safe because there was plenty of security. We loved visiting the Cathedral and exploring the beautiful historic and architectural landmarks that Guadalajara has to offer. The staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They were always willing to help and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Our room was small but clean. The air conditioning worked well, and the housekeeping staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple, with bread, coffee, cereal, eggs, and enchiladas. The only area that could be improved is the enchilada sauce, which could use a little more flavor. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return."
