"The hotel itself had small shops on the ground floor, the rooms are keycard access only, no one without a keycard can access the rooms. It’s a beautiful place. The spa was very hard to make an appointment with, need more staff there! Definitely would’ve loved to try if appointments were available.

"Everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and courteous, our cleaning maid (Erica) was wonderful and provided all we needed. We were close to the centro historico. They were able to organize tours for a very reasonable price. AND the breakfast/dining room area was very clean."
