Hotels near Roseland Community Hospital

"We had a connection cancelled due to severe weather and got stranded in Chicago late in the evening. I booked this hotel on Hotels.com thinking it had an airport shuttle. It did not. When we arrived, the line to checkin was nearly out the door with one young girl working the desk and clearly using her phone to FaceTime someone who was guiding her through every step, every click of the mouse, etc. She was not trained and should not have been there alone. As a result, we stood in line for well over an hour to get checked in and didn't get to sleep until around 2am. This turned a miserable day into two miserable days."

"The noise at night was just ridiculous. Loud music loud kids in the hallway. Noise until after midnight. I asked for my room to be cleaned and refilled twice they came in no coffee,sweetener,stirrers.On the second cleaning there was only a half roll of toilet paper left and they never gave us a backup roll. They did not have breakfast so the coffee in the room was important. I travel a lot will never stay there again. "

"Breakfast was weak. Bagels and Waffle maker. No eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no potatos, no bisquits n gravy, no donuts. No ice machine for drinks. OJ & Lemonade were good."

"It’s an older property. Not old, but a little older. Bathroom is the obvious issue. Beds were awesome though."

"Staff was decent there is an additional $50?deposit ( best to give cash you’ll get your deposit back when you check out) They have cameras everywhere. My upper door latch was broken. The room was clean the bed is comfortable the rooms are outdated a bit but comfortable . The sofa sleeper is outdated also there is plenty of parking. Location is good you are around lots of eateries, grocery stores and dollar stores . It’s conveniently located off the highway"

"Bathroom was nasty. Karen’s was hanging the window wouldn’t close roaches crawling in the bathroom. There were no clean towels. It was a horrible experience."

"These rooms are way overpriced.This motel should be $50/nt. I showed the clerk my pre-paid reservation and gave him my ID. He went off to the side for longer than normal and comes back and starts punching in numbers on the credt card machine and gives me a receipt to sign. Problem is I never gave him a credit card or debit card because I'd already paid, so I don't know who's card he charged for $112.xx but it wasn't mine. Maybe because he spent an unusual amount of time away from the window, he got mixed up with another customer. Nevertheless, someone should have unauthorized charges on their card. Now back to the filth. This is definitely a 1 star MOTEL!! There is nothing LUXE about it! Filthy from the outside to the inside. The red and black carpet is disgusting with white spots. The bed!! OMG!! The bed didn't fit inside of the frame. There was a huge gap between the headboard and the mattress. The boxspring or whatever the mattress was on was bigger than the mattress itself. There was no real blanket for the bed. Whatever it was, it was just as thin as a sheet! Definitely gives crackheads and prostitution; Trap motel vibes for sure!! Straight gutter!! Throw the whole thing in the trash! This was a complete waste of money. I didn't last an hour. I ended up going somewhere else where I felt comfortable enough to actually sleep in the bed and feel safe!! "
