Shower has mold. - Confirmation email says "Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival." No such request was received. - The house number was not included in the directions. - The first time I called the phone number for the hotel it went to voice mail. To be fair, after that I did get an answer as to the location of the hotel and then text communication."
