Breakfast assistant, an older woman was kind and helpful. The coffee machine in the room was difficult to know how it worked, a sign saying, pour water here could help.

I didn’t get breakfast but when I purchased through Expedia, I was told I will get breakfast and airport shuttle. I was not provided an airport shuttle either. I had to pay a shuttle out of pocket. Same as breakfast
