Property was clean well maintained with a comfortable atmosphere. Wasn’t overly crowded and the front desk staff was nice enough to reopen the fire pit area for us even though they had just closed it off. Def a recommended stay.

I did not like the lack of housekeeping services for a short stay (2 nights), The lighting in the room was very poor: I can't imagine anywhere to read a book. The bath towels were big enough to wrap around after a shower and the water pressure was good. The location, right off the highway is a big plus.

Our room was clean and a good size. Front desk could have been a little friendlier especially after a long day. Not much is included in a stay. For such a nice and on the more expensive side hotel you think there would be. At the bar after a long day wanting to catch up on the football games that were on one of the larger/main TV's were broken and stuck on one channel. I will say the bartender was friendly and service was quick. We will probably look for a different hotel next stay

Me and my now wife had such an amazing stay here for our pre-wedding, wedding and the day after our wedding. The staff was so nice, and the rooms were so clean and had everything we needed in them. You know the hotels got you right when you think of something you need and they already have it there. Everything was simple to use and find. The staff was great and very helpful explaining check in and check outs as it’s my first time booking a hotel stay. All in all I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and we will definitely be back, I would definitely 110% recommend this to everyone, and also too my friends and family. Thank you Courtyard Marriott Staff 🙏

Please Google or go to Yelp and find Mesoyios Restaurant. Best tasting Greek food with large portion sizes and excellent prices!!! Super close to the hotel. The hotel was amazing with super clean hot tub and very warm pool.

Clean. Close to Ronkonkoma train station. A shame there’s no shuttle to take you there. Walkable during the day but not at 6 am. A/C wasn’t working great, room was too warm. The snacks and beverages were a nice touch. Check in felt a bit rushed and unfriendly. Shouldn’t have to join a club to get free WiFi.

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had an accessible room and the bathroom was not appropriate. They did have grab bars which are important. But the only thing that could be used as a counter (to hold toothbrush etc) was a small area over the toilet so one has to reach. The back of the sink was slanted and wouldn’t hold anything. And the tub was slanted (not flat but bowl-like) and difficult to stand in for the shower. My biggest issue was that they charge for parking and that was not disclosed by Expedia online or by the hotel upon check in. There was writing on the parking pass saying they charge $15 per day — and I’ve been at hotels with parking passes that I also did not look at beyond placing in the vehicle and those others were free. There was no specific security that I could see so the cost was ridiculous. I would have parked elsewhere had I been told. There was a closed restaurant next door with plenty of parking. I was glad it was clean though.
