Room was way too small. Expedia description says it sleeps 3, but there is barely room for 2. Plus they charged me extra at the hotel. They never provided towels/sheets for 3. I had to go down to the lobby to get extra towels and sheets everyday. Location was good though. Front desk agent was nice when dealing with my questions.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Only 3 blocks from main entrance of Rome’s main train station. Sidewalk very decent for rolling suitcases. If you come from airport to train station by the airport buses, you will be dropped off at the backside of the terminal. Just come thru the middle to front and straight ahead. Make first left and down a block and a half. Room was decent sized and clean. Bed and pillows were good. Not noisy. Bathroom was great. Great location. Would definitely use again.

With so many hotels to choose from we looked at quite a few before booking the Yes Hotel. As we were arriving at night by train we wanted somewhere close to the station that didn’t cost the earth. The Hotel Yes is about a 2 minute walk from the station and stands apart from some of the other hotels in the immediate area as it has fuss free modern rooms. We found the hotel staff to be courteous and helpful and the room was impeccably clean with maid service daily. We had a courtyard view and if I had to be picky I’d say it could use a spruce up but to be honest we weren’t in the room much in daylight anyway. If we go to Rome again we would definitely re-book.
