This was a great place to stay. Just a few blocks from the Spanish steps. We were able to store our luggage and the gentleman at check in even carried our luggage for us! The room was very clean and in a great location! Definitely recommend booking at Tritone Top House!

This is a great place to stay if you want to be near all of the main attractions. It is very close to metro and dining. Place was very clean, modern and very well situated. Will definitely stay here again!

The penthouse was fabulous! The location amazing and the staff superb. Our only feedback is that it’s a bit dated and the pictures make it look nicer in some areas than it is. That being said- for the value and location we would 100% book it again.

I liked this property for my short budget stay. Might be hard for older people as there were many steps to the top. I would stay here again and I think it was a good value.

We are group of 9 and we’re very comfortable. Sofa beds aren’t very comfortable. Loved the location, we walked to most of our tours or road the subway which is also close.

Very nice property. My only complaint is they would not hold our bags prior to check in. We had an early flight arrival and there is no one at reception to safely hold luggage. Everything else was wonderful.

Excellent home, very close to Trevi and the . Pantheon. We loved the restaurant righr outside our door called DeRoma, great breakfasts and dinner at their other location just meters up the street.

Great stay!

Excellent location. Walking distance to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Hotel gave excellent restaurant recommendations - I ate at several of the places they mentioned and they were all tasty and welcoming to English speaking travelers. Staff was helpful. Room was great for the price.

Triton top house is an assortment of properties around the 70 via crispi in Rome. Ours was a top floor property with convenient washer, kitchen, a sofa bed, a single bed and a twin bed with a bathroom. Pros: conveniently located in near the Spanish Steps, has everything you need to cook and eat in, do your laundry and sleep, has good AC, friendly staff. Cons: hidden fees (100 euros for cleaning and tourist tax), some water damage on the ceiling causing the plaster to fall off, only 2 butter knifes, only one set of keys, you have to contact them to get checkin instructions but after 25 calls, no one answered. I would do it again. I had a great time in Rome with my 3 kids and partner, and it was thanks to the convenient location of the property.

Great multi-person apartment stay in Rome

This apartment was perfect for our family, as there were separate sleeping areas and two bathrooms. The location was convenient for walking to so many sights! The manager was friendly and helpful and gracious.
