The perfect hotel to start our honeymoon in Italy. Beautiful rooms, stylish decor, perfect location and the staff were truly exceptional! Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, and the rooftop bar and restaurant are the ideal place to spend an evening. We couldn’t have asked for more.
Can’t not say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the staff. The stay was exceptional. The rooms are so beautiful and the staff are extremely sweet and helpful. The very definition of 5 star service.
This hotel was exactly what we wanted - small quaint enjoyable - the service was spectacular - anything we needed was handled for us - exceptionally friendly - all good things that you can imagine!
This hotel was perfectly situated in the heart of Rome. Staff was exceptional. Room was perfect - and big size as we had the private balcony with sauna. Great for honeymoon!
Great and fancy hotel. Boutique hotel so small size. Service is great and staff will go lengths to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast on rooftop is great.
All in all highly recommended!
I stayed in 3 hotels during my time in Rome. My husband had a medical emergency so we were not able to fly back when initially planned. I wanted to extend my stay here but unfortunately they were all booked out so had to go somewhere else. The staff went above and beyond our entire stay. If I ever come back to Rome this is where I will stay. It was by far the best of the 3 hotels we stayed.
It’s nice Location a good room but I ask for check out late at 2:30. Thursday told me the hotel is fully booked. they can’t do they check out after that? I told them I will pay for that they told me it’s availability to do late checkout at 2:30 for €200.
Staying at First Arte in Florence was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, elegance, and an exceptional level of service that made us feel both at home and incredibly pampered.
The design of the property is breathtaking—modern sophistication blended seamlessly with Florentine charm. Every detail, from the curated art to the plush linens, spoke of thoughtfulness and refined taste. Our room was a sanctuary: quiet, immaculately clean, and filled with natural light, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring the city.
The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Florence’s historic heart, yet tucked into a quiet street that offered rare tranquility. We were minutes from the Duomo, the Uffizi, and the Ponte Vecchio, yet felt like we were in our own hidden corner of the city.
The staff deserves special praise. Attentive without being intrusive, they anticipated our needs with grace and provided wonderful recommendations that helped us experience Florence like locals.
First Arte is more than a hotel—it’s an experience. We left feeling deeply inspired and refreshed, already dreaming of our return.
At this price point, attention to detail really matters. I must say that this hotel was amazing in that regard. Everything felt personalized and especially picked out for us, from the welcome bottle of champagne to the his and her sized flip flops. A truly delightful hidden gem in the heart of Rome. Kudos to this lovely hotel and to Farhad, who welcomed us after a rough day of travel with a crisp, welcoming glass of Prosecco!
We had an exceptional stay at The First Arte. From the warm welcome and smooth check‑in to the attentive service throughout our visit, we felt genuinely taken care of every day. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight, as was enjoying a pre‑dinner drink with beautiful views before heading out into the city. The staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, and the rooms were superb, stylish, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. A truly outstanding hotel experience.
Perfectly located, within walking distance of everything.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are modern and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
