Große helle Zimmer in einer relativ ruhigen Gegend. Trotzdem viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der direkten Umgebung. Petersdom und Engelsburg sind nur ca. 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Metro Linie A erreicht man in 5 min. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und hat immer schnell und hilfsbereit reagiert.

We really appreciated the customer service at check-in and when we had trouble contacting our transportation after we checked out. They made the phone call for us to find out if they were still coming. We don't speak any Italian so we were at a loss.

All was great except the AC. Settings were incorrect and we were sweating all night long until someone showed up at 5 am to fix it. It was a long rough night. Additionally, walls are paper thin, although they do provide earplugs. Location is great and so is the breakfast at the hotel around the corner.

We just checked out and really had great time. This was an excellent option to avoid the crowded downtown area. Last time we stayed closed to colleseum and I didn't sleep much even with ear plugs... Constant honking kept us awake. This time it was amazing! No ear plugs required, comfy bed (I like a stiffer mattress) perfect size for us but really the location was key. We walked around multiple nights at 4-5 am and had zero worries... Clean, safe area. I think the staff went above and beyond with communicating details, including videos on simple things like how to operate showers etc. I know it sounds silly, but I rather be overprepared.

The property was clean and easy to locate. The staff provided clear instructions on how to get there, along with all the necessary access codes for arrival. It is conveniently situated near a metro station, approximately a seven-minute walk away. While the manager and staff were not always present on-site, they responded relatively quickly to texts. The room was spacious and well-maintained, featuring a great air conditioning unit and a nice balcony. Additionally, the property is located about a 20-minute walk from the Vatican. Breakfast was included at a nearby hotel, just five minutes away, which offered a wide variety of food options. The only downside to our stay was that there were loud guests in the adjacent rooms at night. I recommend placing signs or reminders for guests to be mindful of noise, especially since staff were not on-site at night to address any issues. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Bien mais manque de contact

Attention ceci n'est pas un hôtel. La chambre est très bien, grande, propre.... Le point négatif c'est qu'il n'y a personne à la réception sauf le matin au moment des départs car il faut bien collecter la taxe. C'est très impersonnel. Juste à disposition un plan de Rome. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas servi sur place mais dans un autre établissement à une centaine de mètres. Il faut donc sortir le matin pour aller se restaurer. En contrepartie, le petit déjeuner est très bon. Les échanges se font sur wathsapp, perso je n'adhère pas. Pas de parking à disposition à l'hôtel. On aprend cela quelques heures avant notre arrivée car nous avions posé la question. Hôtel.com annonce que l'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé ce qui totalement faux. Donc on se gare soit dans la rue mais jamais de place disponible donc c'est parking privé à 25 euros la nuit. L'hôtel est proche d'une sortie de métro, mais la vile est très mal desservi donc on marche beaucoup. Pas mal d'options de restauration autour.

Both room and bathroom were great and spacious. Location was just 5 minutes away from the underground, which connects to Roma Termini and from there to Colosseum, airport, and the entire underground network. Hence transportation is very convenient. Area around the apartment was also very walkable, with most of the attractions just a walk away. We only had to use the underground to reach the apartment from train station and to get the the airport.

La experiencia ha sido excelente, si tuviera que ir otra vez a Roma, elegiría este hotel, sin duda. Solo una cosa, llegamos al hotel a las 11, sabíamos que la habitación todavía no estaría arreglada. Nos dijeron que iban a tardar unas 2/3 horas en estar lista. Dejamos las maletas allí y nos fuimos a dar una vuelta por la zona centro de Roma para darles tiempo. Llegamos a las 14:40 a la habitación creyendo que ya estaría lista, la sorpresa fue que todavía la estaban arreglando. Simplemente queremos dejar constancia de este punto, porque habrá clientes que no se lo tomen como nosotros. Por lo demás, como he dicho en la encuesta, en general todo ha sido excelente. Volveremos!!!
