The property was clean and the A/C worked well for the duration of our very hot stay. The location is a little out of the way to the sights, but there are small local shops and a supermarket across the street to pick up essentials.

The property was unique in the staff were very friendly and helpful! It’s a non traditional facility and most of the communication with staff is through WhatsApp. It was in a nice area near a local train station. Overall would recommend the property.

Very nice rooms that look updated. The staff Francesca and Donatella were excellent at communication! Went above and beyond to give clear instructions and make sure everything at the facility was going well.

The place is modern, clean, and a great value for the price. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the shower is spacious, and the power blinds are a nice touch. While the kitchen is shared with a few other guests, it’s spotless and well-maintained. The host is very responsive and eager to help with any issues. The location is super convenient—I was able to take one direct train from the airport and walk just five minutes to get there. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I like the room, kitchen and dining area was very clean. I would have enjoyed if room was bigger. Room 504 would have been amazing for us from the start of our stay. The building itself was not clean but the apartment was very clean. The host was very caring and helpful.

No hubo ninguna dirección que coincidiera con esta reserva y nunca contestaron los propietarios, quiero que me regresen todo lo que page por esta falsa reserva no existe esta dirección me hicieron perder todo el día buscándola y ni la policía supo encontrar la dirección y tampoco a ellos les contestaron .abajo me piden que ponga fotos de la propiedad y cuáles fotos ? La camera è confortevole e pulita,il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. La posizione è strategica per visitare i principali luoghi di interesse della città per la presenza della stazione e metro Tiburtina a un minuto dalla struttura.Consigliamo questo B&B per un soggiorno rilassante e accogliente a Roma.

La struttura ben fornita, letto molto confortevole l'unica pecca che ho trovato è, che c'era la macchina del caffè ma nessuna capsula di caffè, volevo comprarle al supermercato ma non ricordavo la marca. Magari lasciare qualche capsula in camera in base al numero dei giorni prenotati.
