Smart guest house was a great stay and in a perfect location if you want to stay close to the termini train station. There are also lots of great restaurants near by. Would definitely stay again.

Great place walking distance to train station

Walking distance (literally 2 minutes) from Stazione a termini, this place is ideal to stay before leaving the next morning. Check in was smooth and instructions were clear and timely. The room and bathroom were very clean and the AC worked like a charm. We would definitely stay again.

Great location near the train station - less than a 5 minute walk. Easy to access everything in the city. Room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Felt safe - which is important when you are a solo traveler. Was able to leave my luggage in the am to explore the city which was a nice bonus!

The street (and sidewalks) are noisy; people spending time in front of the guesthouse for whatever reason (locals). I was in Room 1, so my window was facing the street. Otherwise, proximity with the train station is great. The room was spotless.

Wonderful property, great staff. My only issue was that the air conditioning was not functioning on the first night however it was fixed the next day. There was no compensation for this. Otherwise wonderful stay!

A primeira vista o local parece estranho, mas quando se entra na propriedade vê-se que é um local muito bem cuidado. Fica próximo ao Terminal Central, o que é uma grande vantagem. O horário de check in e Check Out é bem rígido, uma vez que não há recepção e o acesso é liberado de forma remota. Considerando os preços de Roma, é uma boa opção.
