Nice spacious triple room with lots of windows that open. No AC. Staff was excellent and Marco at the front desk is a true gentleman. Great location. Close to everything with restaurants and stores across the street. I highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast included. Richard from Canada.
The staff was excellent, very accommodating. The location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do, plus close to the bus and train station. Most importantly to us was how quiet the room was. Our sleep was never interrupted. Definitely would stay there again.
Wonderful place to stay while in Rome, rooms are clean and very old fashioned, yet equipment with everything you might need. All the big attractions are close by and easy to walk to or access by bus. And most importantly the staff are super friendly and helpful. I would recommend it and I will definitely stay here again whenever I came back to Rome!
Great location close to the train station.Found room quite small and dark though.Breakfast was just ok.Good for a short stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Mostly clean, good location. Bed very comfortable for us.
Staff were friendly and courteous. Older style/traditional hotel, nothing wrong with that. We enjoyed the old-fashioned lift!
Breakfast was a good continental spread, including boiled egg, sliced cheese/ham, and yogurt for protein.
Downsides - whilst bathroom was clean, the shower leaked onto the floor, but it had good power and was hot. The aircon leaked a bit onto the floor on a couple of days, but not much. It was also a bit weak, could have been more powerful, we needed to keep window open and that was noisy although we had our earplugs so didn't bother us too much.
It's perfectly adequate place to stay if you need a good base for exploring Rome, and don't have exceptionally high/fussy standards or need loads of mod cons.
The good - convenient location to Rome Termini station, shops, cafes outside.
The not-so-good - AC took forever to cool, staff not so friendly, dark room.
A hidden gem. I booked this hotel as it was an easy walk from Roma Termini and just as close to the Basilica St Maria Maggiore. It's situated on a side street so little traffic. There's a selection of reasonably priced restaurants and amazingly a launderette almost next to the hotel, it does service wash and dry very quickly. The staff at the hotel are welcoming and helpful. Good size room, comfortable and quiet at night. I'd certainly book this again.
We arrived in the morning after an 10 hour flight and luckily our room was ready and the man in the front was super helpful. The room were basic and old but not bad. Bed was hard but after walking 20k steps a day it didn’t matter. Breakfast was small but good, no big American pancakes or waffles but lots of good pastries, fruits, yogurt, juices, and coffee. Great location.
