Gran hotel para quedarte en Roma, excelente ubicación a un costado de Piazza Navona con lo que puedes visitar mucho caminando, el acceso al hotel es una puerta grande entre dos restaurantes, por interphone te dan acceso y subes al piso de recepción, el persona es muy amable al recibirte y te explica todo del hotel, habitaciones amplias, lujosas y limpias. Excellent stay! Room was as pictured. Plenty of space for our family of 4 with suitcases. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was great. You have a choice from juices, teas and coffees to drink, multiple different croissants, meat/cheese platter, eggs, fruit salad to eat. Staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted with transport from the airport as well as to the train station for the second part of our trips. The location is excellent. It is very central to anything you would want to do in Rome. We truly enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Not recommended. The cleanliness was poor, the soundproofing was bad, and the service was average. The actual room was very different from the photos online. We had already booked and paid in advance, but upon arrival we were given a very small and poor-quality room with no window. When we requested a room change, the staff asked us to pay an additional 80 euros. After paying, we were told we were upgraded to the hotel’s “best room,” but the experience was still terrible. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, only one bottle of water provided, and the room amenities were of very low quality. In total, we paid 288 + 80 = 368 euros, which was absolutely not worth it. The overall stay was extremely disappointing, and we strongly do not recommend this hotel.
