My husband and I spent 4 nights here, this was our first time in Rome (from USA), we absolutely loved our stay. Nicole and Antonia are great hosts, hotel is very clean with daily room refreshing, and they prepare a very nice breakfasts for guests upon request. The location is a little further out from attractions, but easy access via bus/metro, plus the restaurants here are tasty and reasonably priced. Highly recommend staying here

Excellent stay with Antonio and Nicole. Wonderful room, with everything I could need. They made me feel so welcome, safe, and gave me advice for anything I had questions about. The location is in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood and I walked everywhere. Will definitely stay again on my next visit to Rome. Thankyou for everything!

most lovely stay one could possibly imagine!! The hosts are adorable, helped us put with planning our stay and sightseeing in Rome and even organized a small surprise cake on my birthday! The rooms are modern, clean and air conditioned and also silent. Approx 10 min walk to termini (main station), so very convenient with respect to the arrival from FCO Airport via Leonardp Express Train. Will definitely come back, 10/10!

What a surprise behind the large wooden doors at entry to find a modern boutique hotel. The owners Nicole & Antonio were the the nicest & most helpful people. The snacks served by. Nicole were very delicious. The gelato shop across the road was the best. We would highly recommend this hidden gem.

This place was fantastic from A to Z. Extremely clean, well kept, amazing owners going out of their way to make sure your stay is flawless and comfortable. The hotel is behind large doors inside of a courtyard so it is quiet and peaceful. Walking distance (within 20min) to all the sights. We would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome. Absolutely loved staying at Antonio & Nicole’s guest house. They are so welcoming, kind and all in all lovely people. Antonio gave us top notch restaurant suggestions and answered all of the questions we had about the area. They even offer a sweet little breakfast every morning, very thoughtful. Plus the neighborhood is super safe, clean and conveniently located. Will recommend this place to all of my friends and family! 100/10.

Antonio was simply amazing. This property is beautiful and clean but the hospitality is what makes it special and unique. I hope to return whenever I fly back to Rome! There’s a reason this place has a perfect rating :) We came across it after having a bad experience at another hotel and luckily Expedia was able to transfer us here for the night so we weren’t stranded. Truly appreciated the safety and hospitality received. Highly recommended.

This place it’s absolutely amazing. The service from Victoria, Nicole and Antonio it’s incredibly. We have the best time here and I can’t wait to come back again. I would recommend this place to everyone. They give us a welcome champagne bottle for my husband and I anniversary. They have free small breakfast every morning and it’s so delicious. Best stay!

We loved our 3 nights at this beautiful property. The room was really clean, spacious and had all the comforts that we deem important for a stay: quiet at all times, fully equipped bathroom, good space for wardrobe and suitcases. The complimentary breakfast was super nice, great coffee and cappuccino plus fresh fruit and croissants. The location is in a residential area, a mere 15 mins walk to the historic centre. We walked everywhere also at night and we found it to be super safe. To top it all, Nicole and Antonio are super nice, always spoiling us and taking time for a chat and to share tons of local recommendations. They deeply care about your stay and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back when in Rome.

If I could give this beautiful stay 10 stars, I would. We have traveled a lot, and this was by far the best experience we have had. Words cannot describe the kindness and hospitality that were exuded from Nicole and Antonio. Their rooms are stunning and have every amenity you want. The location is so incredible and feels so safe, but the hospitality is next level amazing. Thank you for such a beautiful place to stay and making us feel like friends and family! If you are lucky enough to find this gem, and it’s available, book it before it’s gone. You will not regret it. Also, if you are looking for a wonderful Italian meal, we loved Al Forno della Soffritta. It was a 3 minute walk from the hotel, and was our favorite meal in Rome!

We just had the most amazing stay at Nicole and Antonio's hotel, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. Nicole took the time to walk us through everything Rome has to offer, sharing her fantastic recommendations for sights, dining, and hidden gems. Each morning, she surprised us with delicious snacks and drinks—such a thoughtful touch that truly elevated our experience. Antonio was equally wonderful, helping us carry our luggage downstairs with a warm smile. They even offered us a great deal to extend our stay for one more night, which we happily accepted! The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the level of customer service they provide is unmatched. The five-star reviews are absolutely spot on; this place is a gem! Wonderful hotel run by lovely people!

This hotel is wonderful! It was very clean, in a great location, they are so friendly and so helpful with recommendations and tips about the city. I know the rooms may appear small in the descriptions but it is well laid out and no smaller than the others I’ve seen. If you are worried there is no breakfast included here, don’t be. Trust me you will not regret it. Also, the room was exactly as the pictures showed it. I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know that visits Rome. If you see a rating for them that is anything less than stellar it is due to circumstances outside their control. Honestly, when I first saw so many 10 out of 10 reviews for them I was wondering if they offered something in return for a good review. A discount maybe? But no, they are really just that wonderful!

Exceptional Stay for Our 23rd Anniversary! Where do I even begin? This was the absolute best place I have stayed in quite sometime!!! My wife and I recently celebrated our 23rd anniversary at this boutique hotel in Rome, and I can confidently say it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm, personalized service from the owners, Antonio & Nicole, that made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is pristine, with every detail meticulously cared for. Our room was perfect... tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. We loved the blend of modern luxury with the charm of classic Roman design, creating a truly unique atmosphere. What really set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing, and even surprising us with thoughtful touches for our anniversary. The location was also perfect—close to all the major attractions but tucked away in a peaceful area, providing the best of both worlds. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and intimate experience in Rome. It was the perfect place to celebrate such an important milestone, and we can’t wait to return!
