We loved our stay. The accommodation was perfecto!! Clean cozy compact and had every amenity we needed and more. Barbara and Angela were lovely and helpful and accommodating. Super nice host, responsive, and helpful. Great size rooms very nice and in a great location. Everything was very clean and the self serve breakfast included was super helpful and good! Quick walk also to trains and other metro options. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Highly recommended, the room is clean and tidy, kitchen is restocked for breakfast and snacks. Barbara (the owner) is amazing and communicative. Location is strategic and just a short walk to Metro station Piramide yet not full of tourists. Nearby a bus stop from there you reach the Vatican in 20 minutes.

We stayed 3 nights, it was convenient to Ostiense train station from the airport and Piramide metro station for sightseeing. The room has everything with a freshly renovated bathroom. Traffic noise is noticeable, even with the double glazed windows but we survived that! Breakfast is supplied, but some fresh fruit would be an improvement, we bought our own from a little shop near Piramide. Definitely recommend staying here, we would like to return one day. Thank you!

Barbara was a lovely host and was very accommodating by allowing us to check in early. The rooms were clean and comfy and breakfast included many optons. We were able to walk to town and use the transit easily from this location.

We had a fantastic stay here! Barbara was so welcoming and accommodating. She also helped us understand the transit system when we arrived. Rooms were clean with good wifi. There is a kitchen/dining area that is shared and always stocked with lots of goodies. Would definitely stay here again!

Çok güzel bir konaklama yeri.

Otel konum olarak metro, tren ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakın. Oda gayet güzel ve rahattı. Barbara ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şeyi düşünüp odaya koymuştu. Mutfak sürekli açıktı ve istediğimiz şeyleri alabiliyorduk.

Toller Aufenthalt

Insgesamt eine ganz tolle Unterkunft, uns blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück war recht einfach gehalten aber absolut ausreichend. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Nach dem Checkout konnten wir unser Gepäck noch dort stehen lassen, um die Zeit bis zur Rückreise noch entspannt in der Stadt verbringen zu können.

Great location

I stayed at Residenza Matteucci for two nights and it was perfect! Barbara met us at arrival and showed us our room and everything we needed. She was great and helped us get settled. The location was amazing - tons of buses and a short walk to the metro station. I highly recommend staying here.

호스트가 정말 친절하셨습니다. 최대한 손님들 편의를 봐주십니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 공용주방이 있는데 냉장고에 간식도 빠방히 들어있어서 맘대로 먹을 수 있어요 >< 위치는 그럭저럭 괜찮았구요, 바로 앞에 엄청 유명한 젤라또집이 있습니다(10시 넘어서도 줄서야할 정도로 맛있어요)

Tivemos uma experiência incrível. O lugar é excelente e está localizado em uma região com restaurantes ao redor, além disso possui 2 estações que ficam apenas a 5 minutos a pé do local e que nos leva para vários locais como aeroporto (33min de trem), coliseu (10min de metrô) e ao Vaticano (26min de ônibus). O local era bem limpo e confortável, possui uma copa onde tem disponível itens para você preparar o café da manhã. A Bárbara sempre estava disponível para nos ajudar, foi ótimo.

A wonderful boutique hotel that have very few rooms, which makes it feel more like an apartment stay than a hotel. The furnishings are nice and the bathroom is modern albeit small for a large person. The kitchen set-up is self-service and it is stocked with a variety of breads, cakes, cereal and hot drink items. But the main selling point of this hotel is Barbara, the manager. She is the heart and soul of this hotel; her kind and caring attitude make you want to come back. She is very helpful and even though we showed up to the hotel at 1:00am, she opened the doors with opened arms and a sweet smile. She was there to help you navigate Rome and her recommendations were spot on. If you are looking for a home type atmosphere, then this is the place for you.

Il bagno in camera era molto bello e con diverse dotazioni utili. La camera era molto carina, il letto matrimoniale un po' corto, la luce di emergenza e della TV impediva in buio completo della stanza. La camera che abbiamo ricevuto aveva una porta a scorrimento ed era molto vicina alla sala colazione. La zona è molto rumorosa ma i tappi per dormire dati in dotazione sono stati molto apprezzati. La colazione a dispensa offriva tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno

One night in Rome prior to cruise

We stayed for one night prior to embarking on a cruise. Property is well placed for transport links to and from both the airport (FCO) and the cruise terminal. Train station Roma Ostiense is a 5 min walk away and will take you to both of the above locations. If arriving at Ostiense station to go to the property, exit the station at the side of the higher numbered platforms. The property is straight down the road that you exit into and can be found on the right hand side, about 15m back from.the traffic lights at the bottom of the road. It is the door which has lots of buzzers to the right of the door.
