Great location, right in the middle of major Rome attractions. Clean rooms, good overall service. Initially I was a little concerned as they don’t have onsite reception, but online check in and finding the room was relatively easy. We left luggage after the checkout and picked it up after 4 hours without any issues.

Nice property in a convenient location.

We were a little apprehensive with there being no front desk on site but electronic communication with the property manager was excellent, they were very responsive to all of our questions. They were also able to setup a transfer for us from the airport to the property which was very helpful. The location is great, easy walking to many shops, attractions and food.

It’s a small room but it fit our needs in Rome. It is in an ideal location for getting around. We walked to everything. The Spanish steps are around the corner and it was about a 20 min walk to the colosseum. Very safe area and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. The air conditioning was great and they provided a espresso machine in the room

It’s an old building. The property is on the second floor and the private elevator doesn’t stop at the 2nd floor. So, you would need to either go to 3rd floor and carry your luggages down 1 floor, or carry them up 2 floors. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay in Rome.
