Very nice room and loved the comfortable bed. Great amenities. Max, the property manager, was attentive and very helpful. We stayed 3 nights. It’s in a great location. Walked to Vatican, Sant Angelo, restaurants. Got picked up by Uber a few times. Close to grocery store and lots of cool shops.

Max was absolutely amazing and his guest house was perfect. Max was helpful and communicative which made checking in a breeze. All of his recommendations for food and drinks were spot on. We had a fantastic 2 day stay! We rented two rooms, and both were big, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and inviting. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Max, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.

Wonderful stay near the Vatican. My wife, daughter, and I spent 4 nights at the property and truly enjoyed it. The room was spacious, clean, and had all needed amenities. The neighborhood was quiet, close to transit and lots of great restaurants. The host was helpful and accommodating at every stage. We would certainly stay again and recommend it to anyone travelling to Rome

Adorable, clean, convenient

Max met up and let us drop our bags off early. He chatted with us for a bit and was helpful about making suggestions as to what to do with our time and where to get lunch and dinner nearby. He also messaged us when the room was ready so we could freshen up.

The building and elevators are old, but the rooms have been renovated and are easy to use. Max at the reception desk was helpful and explained everything in detail. Hotel is next door to a large supermarket / department store and close to the Vatican also walking distance from the Trevi Fountain! Wifi is unstable. Connected but not connected to the internet frequently.
