This small hotel is on a lovely street in a very walkable neighborhood with lots of local shops and restaurants & a 3-min. walk to a good taxi stand. Best for us was the outstanding desk staff, Gisele & Robetta, whose kind help & advice made every day better!

Great location, close to several great restaurants, cafes and shopping. The staff are very helpful and professional. Our only complaint was the weak air conditioning made it difficult to sleep. We were sweating bullets all night!

There are very few rooms but it is a great area with a lot of shops and sidewalk Cafes. It is a little quirky getting in but the staff is friendly and very helpful. They helped us book a shuttle to the hotel from the airport and to a cruise ship. We didn't have a car and it would have been hard to park there. It was about a 2 mi walk to the Vatican and the Spanish steps were closer. There is plenty to do within walking distance and a lot of quaint and high endshops.

Great stay at Relais. Super easy walk to Spanish Steps Trevi Fountain and the metro system to all of Rome. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Gisele was awesome!

AMAZING stay !!!

The service was top notch. Roberta checked is in and we were lucky that our room was available early. The triple was perfect for me, my husband and 10yr old son. And the BEST location!!! I was also very impressed with the air conditioning unit. It was amazing and we slept like kittens.

Good location, uncomfortable bed

The location is perfect! Right near a tube station and around the corner from shops & McDonald’s. However, the room was small and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. My back is suffering after 3 nights. It felt like I was sleeping on a concrete floor.

It’s very close to everything. We only needed the room to rest and shower while we were out exploring, so it was okay for us. The shower is a little smaller, but gets the job done. The hotel itself is a little bit older, there was cracks in the walls and the baseboard fell off a few times next to the steps in our room behind the doorway. The room does not come with breakfast, but offers coupons to a not so very friendly cafe. The coffee and food in the cafe were great, but service was not good.

The amount of money they charged for a room with thin mattresses, stained comforters with blood, wallpapers coming off the walls, 1 pillow per person is ridiculous. They need major renovations. It is not worth the money they charged. Location was great but other than that find somewhere else.

Great location. Lovely staff. Problem with the toilet when we first got there but they fixed it immediately. Nice and clean. Generally quiet but could still hear other guests - could be a problem for a light sleeper.
