Very pleased with our stay. On checking in, we were automatically upgraded to a nicer room. The staff took time to walk us through a map of Rome and make a lot of excellent recommendations. The location was excellent - easy to walk to most of the big sites from the hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bed was cozy and the AC worked well. Complimentary water was provided on the first night and that was greatly appreciated.

Passepartout is not a place to stay for older people. The elevator stops between floors (it's an old building), so some stairs are necessary. There are no grab bars in the bathroom. The staff are excellent, and the neighborhood is great, with good restaurants nearby. Reception hours are limited to 8:45 AM to 7:00 PM. It is more a guest house than a hotel.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Location was excellent. We had to book this with one day notice due to another last minute cancellation and it worked out so well! Spacious room. We could walk to nearly everything we wanted to see. A few close by breakfast spots and tons of dinner and bars nearby for the evenings! Would recommend this spot.

This property was spacious and located within walking distance to most highlights in Roma … assuming you like walking and exploring. Plenty of nearby shops and places to dine. Property manager was very responsive to our needs. Only issue we had was control of the heat as it was Winter here in Roma.
