Papillo was clean. Service was not always the best. Also, I have never been in a hotel with a mini bar that is totally empty. And no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Also be aware that apart from a supermarket and couple of shops in the same place, there is nothing to do nearby. Central Rome is at least half an hour away by vehicle.

1- there was no blanket in the room and there was no instruction on the room to call the reception. Air condition control was not working. Property is well built but is maintained very poorly. There were very few guests in the hotel and breakfast was auful. This is only a one star hotel.

Room was nice and clean but my air conditioning did not work. It didn’t matter I just opened a window it was cool out. Also the shower leaked, A lot. Other than that a decent place with a nice big bed, breakfast and kind staff

The room is nice, clean and big but the property is in the middle of nowhere. If you plan to do activities in Rome, this property is not for you. There is no train station near by. It costs about $35-40 each way to go to Central Rome (Roma Terimini) and about the same for the airport. The onsite restaurant has very limited options and the menu is only in Italian.

The suite was clean enough, but staff do not acknowledge you presence until you speak to them, it's nearly an hour's drive from the centre of Rome, and there is no coffee pot or microwave in the room. There's also a totally bizarre rule about not bringing any outside food into the room, as if it were a restaurant. First time I've ever seen that after over a hundred stays in hotels.

Soggiorno piacevole

Ottima soluzione per passare una o più notti, pulizia esemplare, comfort e stanze molto ampie. Colazione da sogno con piatti per tutti i palati e abitudini italiani e non. Situato sul grande raccordo anulare facile e comodo da raggiungere. È la seconda volta che vi soggiorniamo, ma se capiteremo nuovamente a Roma ci torneremo sicuramente.

Personale terribile alla reception (in particolare una donna grassoccia che consiglierei di rimuovere), invece di aiutare ed assistere il cliente sono passivi, nessun sorriso, terribili risposte ("faccia come vuole lei", "può fare quello che vuole", etc."). Stanza orribile con vetro rotto, parcheggio pubblicizzato come gratuito ma a pagamento, telefono non funzionante, stanza non pronta dopo il mio arrivo nonostante l'orario dell'inizio del check in era passato da un'ora, non mi hanno risposto prima del mio arrivo al telefono. Mi hanno costretto a chiamare Expedia davanti a loro mentre stanco aspettavo di fare il check in, avendo ragione per l'assenza del parcheggio privato gratuito come da loro pubblicizzato, sorridendo dietro il vetro della reception. Orribile e che non riprenoterei mai neanche sotto tortura.

Struttura sicuramente non rispondente ad un 4 stelle S. Stanza ampia e silenziosa dotata di TV e frigobar, letto comodo. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nell'adiacente centro commerciale. Non ho gradito la moquette in stanza e l'assenza dei canali Rai. Colazione scarsa per qualità e quantità, sala colazione angusta.

Douche défectueuse dans plusieurs chambres. Marre d'eau partout dans la salle de bain après avoir pris une douche. Très dangereux de glisser sur le sol. Hôtels ayant des chambres sur au moins 5 étages. Air climatisé centrale volontairement mis a off le jour par le manager de l'hôtel. Chambres au 5e étages a 27°C, dont impossible de se reposer car il fait très chaud. La réception a voulu reprendre avec insistance une deuxième fois les passeports des mes parents après que nous ayons formulé une plainte pour l'air climatisé. Mes parents ont eux peur d'être victimes de fraude car la réception a appelé deux fois dans leurs chambres pour obtenir leurs passeports. Nos passeports avaient été photocopier lors de l'enregistrement donc cette requête insistante de leurs parts nous a paru supect. Garantie nous ne retournerons plus jamais a cet hôtel. Ces évènements ont gâcher notre dernier jours de vacances.
